A Yummy Way to Get More Protein for Breakfast

The Protein Breakfast Wrap!

Why I like this recipe: I think a lot of people struggle with breakfast and getting enough calories in the morning - especially protein. This is my go-to, pack-a-punch breakfast! Ingredients: ~ 2 Eggs ~ 1/3 cup Egg Whites ~ 30g shredded cheese ~ 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla ~ 50g Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (Deli Meat)


Directions:

Preheat a frying pan to medium heat Scramble Eggs + Egg Whites Together Cook eggs like an Omelette (just before the eggs are cooked through) and add then layer meat and then cheese on top. Place the tortilla on top of the omelette in the pan and then flip the Omelette and the tortilla together. Heat the tortilla through to melt the cheese Roll or fold the tortilla to create a breakfast wrap

Continue to cook the tortilla on both sides to brown the tortilla and help it to hold its shape.
