Question: Do you have 3 minutes and 30 seconds today to tone your legs, glutes, and core? I bet you do! Today I am going to share with you my favourite SQUAT CHALLENGE.
It is the Bring Sally Up Challenge. Do you know this song? Every time they sing the word up we stand up and the word down we squat down for the full 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
But First: Let’s talk safety.
Squat as low as you can, keeping weight in your heels. Keep your shoulders back and down and your chest up. Pull your knees out with your butt cheeks and keep all of your toes on the floor.
Breathing: Don't hold your breath! Keep breathing when you're down low. Muscles need that oxygen to work.
