My Powerhouse Lunch Recipe

Want to set yourself up to avoid the mid-afternoon crash? Try my Powerhouse Lunch Recipe today! All I do is: 1. Air fry a piece of salmon with butter and Italiano seasoning on top for 20 minutes.


2. Take a plain rice cake and spread a tablespoon of goat cheese on it.

3. Then I take the salmon and smush it on top and enjoy.


Simple! And pretty darn tasty!
